Edo took Yardstore through our process of identifying the main challenges that were preventing them from moving forward.

Through the “Discovery Stage,” Edo discovered that Yardstore wasn’t clear on their brand identity anymore. Two major developments came out of this exercise, the need for a stable and powerful e-commerce platform and the need to define their brand, which included naming, persona development, and designing a new logo that connected with their rich history and at the same time built their foundation for the next 10 years.
